Working between our Detroit and UK offices, Chris drives CMB Automotive, leading the expansion of the business and delivering the capabilities, expertise and positioning to build the leading marketing agency for the automotive world.
With over twenty years of branding and marketing experience, Chris’s creative yet pragmatic approach delivers exceptional results for CMB’s automotive clients. Working in international markets, he offers a global view point, with creative thinking, on brand development and commercially focused marketing communications.
Chris is a keen global traveller with a passion for visiting new places and sampling local foods. He is a keen chef and enjoys cooking for friends and family – especially anything spicy! Born and raised in Detroit, Chris now lives between Detroit and the UK, traveling across the Atlantic regularly in the pursuit of his passion for the business.

Anna Prykhodko
International Brand Manager
Anna Prykhodko is International Brand Manager at CMB Automotive. She coordinates and manages global client projects from North America, throughout Europe and beyond.
Anna’s professional experience includes digital marketing, website building and SEO, to content creation and SMM, and a quite a bit of everything in between. Her knowledge of the automotive sector comes from several years working experience with a European commercial vehicle OEM, where she was involved in all aspects of launching the new OEM brand.
Outside of the office, you can find Anna painting to relax and express her emotions, convincing her friends to go kayaking, or taking photos of her adorable cat Darcy.

Emily Phillips
Director of Marketing
North America
As Director of Marketing, North America at CMB Automotive, Emily is a key member of the International Leadership Team, helping to orchestrate and execute client marketing strategies as well as continuing to expand operations across the U.S. and North America.
With over a decade of marketing management and creative experience in the heavy truck and commercial vehicle sector, Emily brings extensive knowledge and expertise, combined with her natural creative flair, to add significant value to clients and their projects.
Outside of the office, you can find Emily sampling new restaurants, traveling and taking in new places, or at her home constantly moving furniture faround, forever in search of the best feng shui. She’s a sourdough baker, a licensed hair stylist, and a skilled handy(wo)man.

Olena Kurganska
Design Manager
Olena has a specialized art education and graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Design. She has over 1,000 design and creative projects to her credit.
“Good design is when there is nothing to add and nothing to take away” – this is the credo that Olena adheres to when working on projects.
Her aesthetic is white spaces, clean design, and functional interfaces that meet the latest trands in graphic design. Olena’s day starts with a notebook, a pen, and a plan for the day’s tasks, always room for creativity in between.
Her interests outside of graphic design include listening to French and German pop music, making cheesecakes, and riding her bike.
Neil Pope
Content Manager
Neil is CMB Automotive’s lead content manager, developing copy, managing social media and PR activities for our automotive clients.
Neil has over 10 years experience in the automotive industry as a mechanic and more than six years experience as an automotive writer and journalist. His work has appeared in leading publications such as EVO and Street Machine Australia. When he’s not creating viral automotive content he enjoys racing in the Toyo 3k Bangkok Championship Series.
